How does the free trial work?
Every new place, whether Home or Work, starts with a 14-day free trial. Your trial end date is shown in the app. When it ends, pick a plan to keep the paid features going.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Owners can cancel anytime in Billing at app.bothyards.com/billing: choose Cancel at period end under Manage subscription. Paid features stay on until the period ends, and your places and data aren’t deleted. Changed your mind? Hit Resume subscription. You can also update your card and see invoices there. Prefer email? Write to support@bothyards.com. See the Terms for details.
Do my family members or employees have to pay?
No. Members and employees never pay. The place owner covers the plan, and everyone they invite joins free, up to the member or seat count on that plan.
Can my crew see my household stuff?
No. Home and Work are separate yards. Someone with a work seat never sees your house, and household members never see the shop books. Each place also has its own roles (Owner, Member, Viewer).
What do you do with my data?
Your places are private to you and the people you invite. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card number. Read exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy.
Is there a mobile app?
Both Yards works today in any phone browser at app.bothyards.com, on Android or iPhone, and you can add it to your home screen for quick access. A native Android app is coming soon to Google Play, and an iPhone app on the Apple App Store is coming later.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Home Plus and Work Crew are upgrades within a yard, and the Both Yards bundle covers Home and Work together. Owners manage plans from Billing in the app. Questions? Send our team a message.

Is it a “real” CRM or a to-do app?
Both, on purpose. Home stays light and lifestyle-first. Work adds real CRM depth: customer records, a lead pipeline with deal values, a job board, a shared message log, stock, till, quotes, invoices and automations, with no ERP bloat.
