Use this page to request deletion of your Both Yards account and the personal information associated with it.
To request deletion, email us:
Use the subject line Account deletion. Include the email address for your Both Yards account and, if applicable, the name of the Home or Work place you belong to. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we delete or de-identify your account and personal information, including your profile, login credentials, account settings, and personal account records. We also remove your access to Both Yards.
Shared place and organization data
Home and Work places can contain shared content such as inventory, tasks, messages, and other records created by multiple members. Deleting an individual account does not automatically delete a shared place or other members' records.
If you own a Home or Work place and want its place data deleted, the owner must specifically request that in the email. We will review that request and delete the place data where appropriate, subject to the rights of other members and our legal obligations.
Retention
We normally process verified deletion requests within a reasonable operational timeframe. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or logs, or be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We delete it when those needs end.
